How it Works

We supply engineered steel building kits to contractors, installers, and project owners nationwide. Materials ship directly to the jobsite with stamped building and foundation plans included.

Simple 3-Phase Payment Structure

Phase 1 – Engineering

25% deposit to initiate engineering. Stamped building and foundation plans are delivered approximately one week later.

Phase 2 – Production

25% due prior to shipment once materials are scheduled to leave the plant.

Phase 3 – Shipment

50% balance due C.O.D. on the day of delivery.

We supply engineered building kits only. Installation, site work, and concrete are performed by the contractor or project owner.
