Daniel & Kathy Schaffeld:  Donnelly Idaho, 2500 Sq. ft. shop.  Materials delivered on Oct 6^th.  Just my husband and I with a rented forklift built our shop.  Doors were installed on Thanksgiving weekend.  We’re 68 and 65.  And had help for 4 days from our two friends.  It was work, but most certainly doable with the provided instructions and a willingness to work hard.

David Taylor:  I do tell everyone that I bought it from you all.  I am VERY pleased with my building.  I tell everyone that the permit process is the worst part.  After we got the slab done the building was easy to build.  I had a few friends over to help me just get the frame steel put up in one weekend and then I had my two sons help me with the walls when they got off work a few days.  I did the roof myself and all the trim.  The interior walls are pegboard all the way to the ceiling.  It’s over packed now with way too many tools.

We were very nervous about spending so much money on materials for a building “site un-seen”, but the experience has been nothing but fantastic. We had an issue with the wrong trim color being delivered, but once we contacted John, he stayed with us, got the correct materials ordered, shipped and delivered in record speed from AZ to NC at the company’s cost. John contacted us almost daily to give us production updates and to coordinate delivery. It would have been very easy for a company to drag their feet or simply ignore us, but not Elite. If you are considering a metal building, you cannot go wrong in dealing with Elite Metal Buildings out of Mesa, AZ. We could not be happier! The materials are quality, and the customer service is superb. Elite should be very proud of their company and their staff. Karen Ribble: Before purchasing my barn from Elite Metal Buildings, I spoke to other Metal building companies and read their reviews. They were very pushy and wanted their deposit, Today!! We live in northern California, and our barn collapsed under 3 feet of snow last March, the Same month my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He died in August, so it was up to me to buy the building and find someone to put it up. I could not afford to make a mistake and give a nonrefundable deposit to some crooked Metal Building company. Nelson at Elite Metal Buildings was very attentive and understanding. The building arrived on time, was offloaded and put up within four weeks last December. We just experienced 70 mile an hour winds, and I went down to the barn to check on it and stood inside, not one sound was made when the gust of wind hit the barn. I am extremely satisfied with my building and elite metal buildings.
